Return and Refunds
At Drinkun, we believe in getting your favorite booze to your doorstep, fast, fresh, and hassle-free. We aim to deliver every order perfectly, but we get that sometimes things might go sideways. Here’s our official policy on returns and refunds—designed to keep it fair for everyone while staying true to Drinkun’s no-nonsense convenience vibe.
🔁 Returns
Drinkun only accepts returns under very limited conditions:

Returns are only applicable at the time of delivery if:

The item is genuinely damaged, leaking, or broken.

The wrong product was delivered (i.e., you ordered vodka, but we sent you whiskey).

To initiate a return, you must flag it immediately with the delivery courier or contact customer support within 10 minutes of delivery confirmation, with photo evidence.
⚠️ Once a delivery is accepted, all sales are final—no takebacks.
💸 Refunds
We’ll issue refunds under the following conditions:

❌ Non-Refundable Situations:

You changed your mind after delivery was accepted.

You failed to present valid ID (must be 21+) at delivery.

Delivery was made to the wrong address due to user-provided incorrect details.

You weren’t available to receive the delivery within the delivery window.

Orders with photo-confirmed drop-off (in compliance with your instructions).

Items reported missing or incorrect after the fact, with no proof.
📦 Return Charges
If a return is accepted (e.g., for a wrong item), the customer will be charged a service fee to cover the logistics of the return. Only the product cost will be refunded after the returned item is verified in acceptable condition.
🚫 Cancellations & Courier Issues

If no courier is assigned and your order is canceled automatically, we’ll refund you in full.

If the courier cancels after pickup, a full refund will be issued (product + delivery).

If your order is delivered late due to Drinkun or courier error, we’ll assess refund eligibility case by case—your satisfaction matters.
📷 Proof is Key
All refund and return requests must be backed with time-stamped photo/video proof. Drinkun reserves the right to decline any claim that lacks credible evidence.
