Data retention and deletion

Drinkun collects or creates information that can be used to identify you ("Personal Information") to provide you with access to the Platform, and for the other purposes described in our Privacy Notice. The chart below indicates: (1) how long we retain certain types of Personal Information, and (2) how we use such information. Any terms that are used in this Retention Schedule but not defined here have the meanings given to them in our Privacy Notice.

Drinkun Inc. guarantees that end-user mobile information, such as telephone numbers, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, ensuring the privacy and integrity of our users' data.

We generally retain these types of User Account Information, including name, address, date of birth, telephone number, and email address, is retained for the duration of the active account life. Upon account deactivation or closure, this information will be securely retained for an additional 60 days to accommodate potential data recovery needs, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems, except as required to comply with legal obligations.

Upon successful deletion of personal data, Drinkun will provide the user with confirmation via email, confirming that their data has been securely and permanently deleted from our systems. In certain cases, Drinkun may be required to retain personal data to comply with applicable legal, tax, or regulatory obligations. For instance, certain types of transactional data may be retained for a period as mandated by local law, even after account closure.

We do not have control over the purposes or retention of information collected by third parties on the Platform using technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies (“Tracking Technologies”). However, you can exercise certain choices regarding what information Tracking Technologies collect from you. For more information, please see Section 7(D) of our Privacy Notice, our Cookie Notice, and our Interest Based Ads.

Users may request the deletion of their personal information at any time by contacting privacy@drinkun.com. Upon request, Drinkun will process the deletion within 30 days, ensuring all personal data, including telephone numbers and email addresses, is completely removed from our records, barring any legal requirements for retention.
